Refund & Returns Policy
At EPICMOD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged properly.
- Return is requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Custom-made or custom-length cables
- Orders placed by mistake or change of mind
- Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer
- Minor color differences due to screen variations
Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
- You can choose a replacement, store credit, or a refund (if applicable).
- Refunds (for online transfers only) are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.
Note: COD orders are not eligible for direct refunds. In such cases, we offer store credit or replacement.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available if:
- The wrong color, size, or type was sent
- The product is unused and in resellable condition
Shipping costs for exchanges (unless our error) are to be borne by the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
- Ship the product using a trackable courier service.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
